She now makes a shaking with her hands, sometimes this looks like a dance however sometimes the motion is with both hands in fists and she shakes them almost with a look of excitement. This is worrying because it looks like she has severe mental problems. However she often smiles when she acts out this movement so it could be a way for her to control the feelings she gets from the environment around her.
