I started using these essential oils around 10 months ago, initially I was extremely skeptical, mainly because they are part of a multi level marketing program and thats how they market their products. I had already been using Oregano Oil several years because IAHP (Institute for the achievement of Human Potential) had included it in part of our wellness program. I use the oregano oil when she falls sick, or should I say starts getting a runny nose, because she is never sick. In fact she has not had a fever or flu for over three years since I started using Oregano oil. The most has been a runny nose which usually clears up after a few essential oils.
Oregano is very effective in building up the immune system and the speed at how it works is shocking.
I also use Frankincense, although this is one of their more expensive oils so use it sparingly! I rub this on her feet before bedtime. It helps her to relax and sleep, I know it has other good properties but this is what I see.
I find that peppermint oil is good to unblock any stuffy noses. I rub this on her chest, anytime of the day peppermint can be great. This is my favourite oil because I use it on myself, for me it gives me a boost if I am feeling tired during the daytime. The Lemon oil has also very similar effects on me like peppermint.
I use lavendar and experiment with other oils in a humidifier at night during her sleep. Her room smells amazing all night and she sleeps very soundly since I started using the humidifier. She has also been more consistent with soiling her panties in bed and also using the toilet once she is awake, so we have less wet beds these days too which is great!
She used to wake up in the middle of the night and sometimes get up, sometimes she would soil the bed, now we dont get that anymore. This is not an age thing, she is now 10 years old and shes only started this since I started the essential oils nearly a year ago.
Anyway, I am certainly no expert with these oils, I still consider myself a beginner using them. Although I have had very good experience with them, I recently joined as a member to get a bigger discount on the products.

I have never joined a multi level marketing company before but using them convinced me to join. In the end I thought, well if I am going to get someone rich it might aswell be my friends.
It was very very hard for me to believe that oils could actually be as effective as these ones. I guess what turned it for me were two points in my life. The first was how I noticed my daughter slept much better, she was more calm and woke up in better moods. If you sleep well then you will have more consistent and happy days.
The second was when I was submitted into hospital just before Christmas with appendicitis, I came out of the hospital after a few days but I still had pain in my stomach, I hung onto this pain thinking it was just post-operation pain. However the pain continued for 6 days until I woke up on the following Sunday in agony! So I went back to the hospital and it turned out I had a 4.5cm abscess in my stomach. During that week, my doctor told me that
could replace some of the medicine in my first aid drawer but they do! headaches, flu, fever. They are not cures for cancer but if your body is healthy using oils like these then I’m convinced there is less chance of getting a serious illness.
